1.0.  What Is Included

1.1.  Repairs & Support

If your product develops a fault, please call our customer services helpline on: 0345 863 8320 to arrange for an inspection to be carried out by one of our experienced service engineers.

1.2.  Our Repair & Replacement Promise

The internal and moving mechanisms of your product are only guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of 12 months from installation. However, if your product becomes damaged when it shouldn’t, becomes defective or develops a problem and it is still within our Carefree Agreement, we will arrange an inspection of the installed product and carry out any necessary repairs to include (but not limited to) replacement of any moving / mechanical parts required. If the product cannot be repaired, we will provide a cost of replacement or provide up to £150 towards a replacement.

2.0. What Is Not Included

Repair or replacement of the product which has been neglected, abused, misused or damaged intentionally. We expect you to take reasonable care of the product. Repair and / or replacement where the plan is suspended due to non-payment of the annual subscription. Damage or breakdown caused due to fire, flood or other severe weather condition, natural disaster, or act of god. Any loss other than repair & replacement.

3.0. Important Information

‘Us’, means Altrincham Home Limited, whose registered office is at: Hamilton House, Church Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 4DR. Altrincham Home Limited trades as bee-carefree.
‘You’ and ‘Your’ means the person who has entered into the Carefree Agreement as stated in the contract for the purchase of your products.
This Carefree Agreement is an agreement between You and Altrincham Home Limited. In the event that Altrincham Home Limited. ceases trading, there is no dedicated financial backing for this product. You must take all reasonable precautions to protect your product from damage.
Your Carefree Agreement does not affect your legal rights. All aspects of the plan are subject to English Law. Your household insurance may also provide some protection for your products.When you purchase a 12-month Repair and Support Agreement, you will pay annually by direct debit mandate giving you support for as long as you need. Your plan will be renewable each year unless you ask to cancel your plan, or we cancel the plan due to non-payment and only for a maximum of 10 years. Any benefit or service to be provided under this agreement is entirely at the discretion of Altrincham Home Limited.

4.0. Cancellation Notice

You can cancel this plan at any time by writing to us at the postal address stated under ‘Help & Support’. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase of this Carefree Agreement, and you haven’t used the service, we will give you a full refund. After this time you can cancel your agreement with us at any time but no refund will be given.

5.0. Transferring Your Plan

If you need to amend any of your details, please ensure you contact Customer Services so that we can update our records. If you sell your home, you can transfer this plan to the new owner upon a successful inspection and transfer fee of £150, payable by either party.
